Available as individual cables or as a set, Model 816 consists of single-phase current leads equipped with our 0.25 in. spade lugs on the both ends. Spade lugs are gold plated for long life in demanding service, and have oversized barrels to accommodate our finely-stranded test lead wire. This lead set is assembled with #10 Santoprene (816A) or #10 Silicone (816C) lead wire and includes gray PET armor and a Velcro lead strap. Cables are color coded as shown.
Santoprene
Leads may be ordered individually: 816AA (red/Aø), 816AB (yellow/Bø), 816AC (blue/Cø) or as a set: 816AT - for three phase testing, which includes one each (816AA, 816AB, 816AC).
Silicone
Leads may be ordered individually or as a set: 816CA (red/Aø), 816CB (yellow/Bø), 816CC (blue/Cø) or as a set 816CT - for three phase testing, which includes one each (816CA, 816CB, 816CC).

Wire Type
Available in either:
- AWG #10, 665 x #44 stranding, 1.5 mm (0.060 in.) Santoprene insulation; 4.8 mm (0.187 in.) OD. or
- AWG #10, 665 x #44 stranding, heavy 1.5 mm (0.060) Silicone insulation; 4.8 mm (0.187 in.) OD.

Color
Current leads: wire insulation color is gray; leads are supplied in pairs with colored phase markers on each pair (red/Aø, yellow/Bø, blue/Cø) and colored polarity markers on each (+) lead (red, yellow, or blue) and (-) lead (black).
